SALES AND ROYALTY

PROCESS OF SALE OF GOODS WITH AUTHORS’ DESIGNS

The sales and settlement process is as follows:

• The Buyer orders and pays Tisart for products featuring the Author’s design.
• Tisart confirms receipt of the order and proceeds with printing the Author’s design.
• Tisart delivers the product to the Buyer.
• The Buyer confirms receipt of the product without damage or claims.
• The Buyer has the right to request a return or replacement within 7 days. After this period, returns are no longer accepted.
• Within 15 days after the end of each month, Tisart transfers royalties to the Author for the use of their images on products sold during the previous month. Payments are made using the payment details provided by the Author during registration.

AMOUNT OF ROYALTIES

For the use of the Author’s images, Tisart pays Authors royalties in the amount of 10% (gross) of the sale price of the respective product.
