ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

CLIENT ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To make a purchase through the Site (except when using the guest checkout option), you must first create an account (“Account”) by completing the registration process. During registration, you will be required to provide certain information, including a username and password. Upon successful registration, you will become a User of the Site.

To exhibit your work on the Site or create products, you must also register as an Author and create a personal gallery.

You may register as an Author either during User registration or later via the appropriate section in your personal account. Once the Author registration process is completed, you will be able to sell your artworks, upload artworks without offering them for sale, and create products featuring your designs.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and up to date.

Tisart reserves the right to suspend or delete your Account and/or refuse Author registration if any information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and agree not to disclose it to any third party. You accept full responsibility for all activities under your Account, whether authorized or not. You must immediately notify Tisart of any unauthorized use of your Account.

PERSONAL ACCOUNT

After registering on the Site, the User gains access to a personal account, where they can manage their personal information, track orders, process returns, and perform other account-related actions.

If registered as an Author, you will also be able to manage and monitor orders related to your artworks and printed products.

USER GALLERY

You may create a personal gallery (“Author Gallery” or “Gallery”) to showcase your artwork. The Gallery may be used both for selling and displaying artworks. Creating a Gallery is free of charge and does not require any additional payments from the Author for displaying artworks.

The Author has the right to promote and share information about their Gallery.

If the Gallery is used for selling copyrighted works, Tisart enters into a commission agreement with the Author, under which Tisart acts as a sales agent (commissioner) on behalf of the Author.
