Tisart respects copyright and does not use any works or images on the Site or within its Services without obtaining the appropriate rights. Tisart expects that Authors will also adhere to this policy and respect the intellectual property rights of third parties.

By registering an Author account, you acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for all products you create and make available for sale on the Site using your designs.

Accordingly, you agree and warrant that:

1. With respect to printed products created based on your designs and made available through the Site and Services, you are the sole and exclusive owner of such designs, or you have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions. Upon request by Tisart, you must be able to provide confirmation of your rights to any designs uploaded to the Site.
2. Products featuring your designs that are made available for sale through the Site and Services do not and will not infringe any third-party rights, including but not limited to:
   a. patents;
   b. copyrights;
   c. trademarks;
   d. moral rights or other intellectual property rights;
   e. rights of publicity or privacy;
   f. any applicable laws or regulations.
3. You agree not to use any elements of third-party copyrighted works in your designs without proper authorization.

Tisart reviews uploaded images for originality. In the event of a violation of this Copyright Policy, Tisart reserves the right to remove any products that infringe third-party rights.

In the case of repeated violations, Tisart reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Author’s access to the Site and Services, including blocking the Author’s account.
